Sportzino Terms & Conditions — Full Terms for Membership, Betting & Payments

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Sportzino platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of our services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms.

Sportzino is an online sports betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. If you object to any of the terms, you should refrain from using the platform.

Sportzino reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in due course.

To open an account with Sportzino, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide your full legal name, address, date of birth, and mobile number.
• Each person may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and personal details must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Submitting false details may result in account closure.

Update Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or address), please notify Sportzino's support team promptly. Sportzino will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Sportzino strictly prohibits betting by anyone under the age of 18. Providing a date of birth at registration is mandatory, and Sportzino may request a national ID or birth certificate at any time.

If it is found that a minor is using an account, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Sportzino:

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, Sportzino reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Terms for pre-match bets placed before a match begins and live bets placed during a match may differ.

Match Cancellations & Postponements

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the related single bet will be refunded.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the odds recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• If a match does not conclude within the specified time, it will be handled in accordance with Sportzino's settlement policy.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.
• In the event of a failed transaction, the payment provider's own terms apply.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

Sportzino regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive a bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and applicable terms are listed on the promotions page.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified number of wagers must be completed (typically 5x–30x).
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Misuse: If bonus misuse is detected — such as arbitrage betting or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — the account may be closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sportzino platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or allowing others to use another member's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing arbitrage bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

If any such activity is proven, Sportzino will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Sportzino may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If registration is completed using false or misleading information.
• KYC verification failure.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the member's own request.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned, though active bonuses will be forfeited.

Sportzino believes betting should be for entertainment. We don't want anyone to suffer financial or emotional harm as a result of betting.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Betting Limits: Maximum bet amounts can be restricted during specific periods.
• Break: Your account can be temporarily paused for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: A facility to permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from betting.

• Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the match ending.
• Payment-related issues must be reported within 15 days of the transaction date.
• If you are not satisfied with Sportzino's decision, you may escalate your complaint to an independent regulatory body.

Sportzino reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes:

• A notice will be sent to the registered email address or phone number.
• A notification will be displayed on the platform's homepage.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account and any valid balance will be returned to you.
